With a humble beginning during the early 1980’s Basundhara Tower has come a long way under the guidance of our visionary founder Mr. Santi Ranjan Dey, with a mission “To grow and excel“. The family motto has been “We value togetherness and together we create value“. The group firmly believes that “Togetherness is a key to success“. With this motto Basundhara Tower promises to deliver finest quality products to its customers on time.

Today, with the world venturing into the emergence of Complex Structure in the new era, with newer sets of social, economic, & corporate value. Basundhara Tower is determined to keep alive the feeling of growing together. This feeling extends from the Group to all employees, client, suppliers, and all stake holders attached to the group.

The Group has expanded and diversified its business, with an array of business achievements to their credit throughout Kolkata. Entire West Bengal and Orissa with its head office in business verticals like trading & distribution, hospitality, manufacturing and real estate. The verticals of the group are lead by one member of the family to bring about personal touch to the business.

With a humble beginning of trading and manufacturing of Textile Industry in is family concern Soma Textile which is still a flagship trading company in Kolkata. Slowly Basundhara Tower became a registered and spread its business in the real estate field with construction of Housing Projects like Debi Apartment (Nagerbazar), Lake Apartment (Lake Town), Shanti Bhaban (Shintheer More), and many others ground Howrah, Barasat and Central Kolkata.

The group has grown with starting of its first hotel in Puri, Orissa. Hotel Beach Bengal in Puri is a landmark property of Orissa Tourism. Now the group has expanded its wings in the hospitality industry by starting new hotels at Dooars namely Dooars View Resort & Lataguri. Upcoming hotels at Digha, Darjeeling and Kolkata.

The group further started its Cinema Hall in Barasat namely Chaayabani Cinema which is now a hotspot for the youths of the area and also the most preferred movie hub of the area.

Under its Sisters Concern the group ventured into the “Information & Technology “by opening Blinket Solution. It is involved in trading, training and manufacturing and distribution .Business spreading all over the India and Southeast Asia. It is also involved in installation of Security Surveillance for both Govt & Private Firms.
